Veronica Zsolcsak

Accomplished and innovative business executive with over 40 years of financial, operational, and strategic leadership, Veronica has experience across diverse industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, software, services, and healthcare.

As former President of Schawbel Companies, she led the acquisition and development of disruptive technologies and managed more than 90 consulting projects for clients from startups to $14 billion in revenue.  She holds 44 patent filings and has a proven ability to drive continuous innovation, adapt to changing market conditions, and lead product development initiatives.

Before joining Schawbel, Veronica served as CFO and treasurer at HealthGate Data Corp. She also held similar positions at Infinium Inc., Renaissance Worldwide Inc., Town and Country Corporation, and DRI/McGraw-Hill.  Earlier in her career, she held senior financial positions at Wang Laboratories and Digital Equipment Corporation, building on her manufacturing and financial experience at General Tire and Rubber Company.

Veronica earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from Waynesburg University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Western New England University.  She also attended the Kellogg Women’s Director Development Program at Northwestern University.
